The Beverage Warehouse team is chiefly responsible for moving beverage product around Breese Stevens Field. Members of the Beer warehouse crew are required to be 18 years or older. Warehouse team members under 18 will be restricted to moving non-beer-related products.
Responsibilities include:
Move beverage product (cans/bottles) throughout the stadium in a timely and organized manner.
Change kegs as needed during events.
Ensure that each beverage location is stocked accurately according to the menu.
Set up beverage stations in advance of events with product as directed by the management team. Monitor stock during events and refill as needed.
Under the guidance of F&B Management, maintain cleanliness and health standards in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Dept of Public Health.
Possess a level of physical fitness necessary to safely and repeatedly perform heavy-lifting tasks.
Maintain a positive, safe, and fun work environment.
Collaborating effectively with beer pourers and mixologists to achieve team success.
Managing CO2 containers to ensure tap lines operate properly.
Requirements:
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time (~ 4-8 hours/shift)
Lift/move full kegs of beer that can be up to 160 pounds.
Beer Warehouse team members are hired for the outdoor event season at Breese Stevens Field which typically runs from mid-April to late October. This is a part-time, hourly position with scheduled hours generally occurring in the late-afternoon and evening on both weekdays and weekends.

Cashiers and Runners are the face of the food and beverage experience at Breese Stevens Field. Interested candidates should have a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and work well in group settings.
Cashiers and Runners are generally interchangeable - hired candidates should expect to be assigned to either role, based on the needs of the scheduled shift.
Responsibilities include:
Greet and accommodate customers with a positive attitude and a smile while fulfilling orders and requests in an accurate and timely manner.
Cashiers use the Square point-of-sale system to sell food & beverages to customers including processing payment.
Runners serve as liaisons between Cashiers and the kitchen staff to fill orders efficiently and accurately.
Under guidance of Concessions Supervisors, maintain cleanliness and health standards in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Dept. of Public Health.
Maintain a clean and professional looking uniform during your shift.

Concessions Supervisors are the leaders and backbone(s) of the food and beverage experience at Breese Stevens Field. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to think on your feet as different scenarios arise. Candidates should also have a functional understanding of safe and efficient food and beverage practices.
Concessions Supervisors are expected to oversee food and beverage stands and operations, which includes the following responsibilities:
Ensure food and beverage employees greet and accommodate customers with a positive attitude and a smile while fulfilling orders and requests in an accurate and timely manner.
Oversee cleanliness of Food and Beverage areas in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Dept. of Public Health.
Maintain proper par levels of all paper goods for your service area.
Clearly communicate food and staffing concerns during service.
Help and support part time employees during high stress situations, examples: severe weather, displeased customers etc.
Assist in the training of employees.
Oversee and maintain food quality and presentation standards, including general stand cleanliness.
Ensure staff follow uniform guidelines at all times.
Ensure staff properly clean, dispose of garbage, and properly shut-down their stations post-event.
Maintain a positive, safe, and fun work environment.
Work with chefs and other managers to surpass high organizational standards of customer service and fan experience.

Dishwashers are an important part of the kitchen operation at Breese Stevens Field, helping to keep operations running in a smooth, efficient manner.
Responsibilities Include:
Washing, sanitizing, and storing all dishes and utensils according to Public Health guidelines and procedures explained by the concessions managers.
Duties also include, but are not limited to, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting managers in other areas when there are no dishes.
Dishwashers must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work effectively and independently when needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time (~ 2-6 hours/shift)
- Able to lift 20 pounds
Dishwashers are hired on a part-time, seasonal basis for the Forward Madison FC event season. A typical season runs from mid-April through mid-October. Scheduled hours are during the day and can include both weekdays and weekends. The minimum age to work as a Dishwasher is 14 years.

Hospitality Assistants have a direct impact on the customer experience at Breese Stevens Field. They will work in our luxury suite areas and exclusive ticketed areas. Often, they will be catering to important community and industry partners, so a high-level of professionalism and customer service is required.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee the buffets in assigned hospitality locations around the stadium.
Monitor food warmer temperatures and the availability of menu items.
Ensure buffets, utensils, and condiment areas are filled, clean, and well-organized.
Work with Hospitality Leads and the beverage management team to stock suites and club areas prior to event start.
Under guidance of F&B Management, maintain cleanliness and health standards in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Dept. of Public Health.
Hospitality Assistants are expected to have great customer service skills and assist Leads in ensuring that buffets are set, filled, and clean for the duration of the event.
Hospitality Assistants are expected to maintain knowledge of storage areas related to needs of hospitality areas and retrieving food.
Must maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Maintain a positive, safe, and fun work environment.

Hospitality Leads oversee hospitality and buffet locations around the stadium.
Works with Culinary staff and other Food & Beverage employees to make sure that hospitality areas are set, filled, clean, and ready prior to use, warmers are on and hot, food par levels are maintained, buffet is clean and organized, utensils and condiments are filled, and needs of customers are met or exceeded.
Duties including but not limited to supervising buffet attendant staff when applicable.
Assisting with buffet set-up and tear down prior to and after the event
Coordinating with kitchen staff to maintain food and beverage par levels, maintaining area cleanliness, and providing a positive experience for all members of the group.
Under guidance of F&B Management, maintain cleanliness and health standards in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Dept. of Public Health.
Work with the beverage management team to stock suites and club areas prior to event start.
This role will also have non-gameday responsibilities in accordance with needs determined by Management.

Stadium Security members are valued for providing a safe guest experience at Breese Stevens Field. Interested candidates should have a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and be able to sense when a situation is not normal.
Responsibilities include:
Administer entrance security procedures to guests including the use of walk-thru and handheld metal detectors.
Perform bag searches and screen guests for restricted items.
Stadium security team members may be assigned to safely escort players, coaches and referees through public areas of the stadium, or to monitor restricted access areas of the stadium.
Become an expert of the stadium layout, seating areas, and guest amenities.
Stadium Security team members act as initial responders to complaints of uncooperative or intoxicated guests.
Recognize and engage in situations which require de-escalation strategies and also recognize when incidents require escalation to BTE Management to ensure customer safety and security.
Possess strong communication skills and the ability to respond to situations with an appropriate level of flexibility, authority, and discretion.

This is a part-time, hourly position with most scheduled work occurring in the late-afternoon and evening. Scheduled shifts can include both weekdays and weekends. Responsibilities include:
Greet and assist customers to their seats while maintaining a positive attitude and a smile.
Become an expert of the stadium layout, seating areas, and guest amenities.
Recognize situations which require escalation to Full-Time staff to ensure customer satisfaction and/or safety.
Stadium Ushers may be assigned to working entrance gates, using handheld scanners to screen admission tickets.
Stadium Ushers may be assigned to work reserved parking areas to ensure only authorized guests use the limited number of available parking spaces.
Stadium Ushers may be responsible for reviewing guest tickets to monitor access to hospitality sections, including providing wristbands to eligible guests.
Stadium ushers are expected to treat all guest in a respectful manner.
Stadium Ushers will be asked to stand for extended periods of time and move around the stadium as needed.

Beer Pourers are the front line of the beverage experience at Breese Stevens Field. Interested candidates should have a positive attitude, an outgoing personality, and work well in group settings.
Responsibilities include:
Greet and accommodate customers with a positive attitude and a smile while fulfilling orders and requests in an accurate and timely manner.
Every customer must be accurately verified to confirm that they are over the age of 21 and wristband accordingly.
Use the Square point-of-sale system to sell beverages to customers, including processing payments.
Follow proper alcohol awareness and service policies outlined in the BSF Responsible Alcohol Consumption Action Plan.
Pour tap beer, open cans/bottles, and serve canned beverage product in a high-volume environment.
Stock and inventory product levels in the assigned station.
Under the guidance of Concessions Supervisors, maintain cleanliness and health standards in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Dept of Public Health.

Applicants with prior cocktail bartending experience may be considered for mixologist positions.
