Story Prov: Where Stories Meet Improv!!

Everyone has a story. But not everyone is lucky enough to have their story brought to life through improv! In Story-prov, storytellers take the stage to share captivating, real-life tales that improvisers use as inspiration for their scenes. The result is a high-energy blend of narrative and improv, where nothing is planned and the only guide is the story. Every show is a wildly fun time!

Note: While we aim for a PG-13-rated show, some “naughty” bits may happen. Audience discretion is advised!

The Bodega Series, presented  by Lauer Realty Group and Park Bank, is returning to Madison’s Historic Breese Stevens Field for its tenth birthday this summer.

The nighttime, local artisan market will feature four dates during the 2026 season: May 14th, June 25th, July 24th, and August 20th.

The Bodega remains true to its roots, created with Wisconsin-based, small businesses in mind, but has expanded into a celebration that market goers and vendors partake in throughout the course of the summer. The Bodega at Breese Stevens Field will once again welcome over 90+ local artisans and food vendors from Madison and surrounding areas in our beloved state of Wisconsin. Products vary from an array of crafts, handcrafted jewelry, curated boutiques, candles, soaps, unique artwork, locally sourced honeys and spices, sweet treats, savory eats, and more! Everything from the crafts to the sweet treats and fantastic eats is something you will not want to miss out on this year!!

In addition to the incredible local businesses, Bodega attendees can expect games and activities, various entertainment, live music, random giveaways, and plenty of field space to soak up the beautiful summer evenings in Downtown Madison. This summer's Bodega season will also feature an expanded kids zone featuring games and activities from Verona Bounce, Curious Crafter, The Sensory Zone and more!! Also, our friends at Daydream Design Co. will be making sure the Bodega shines bright in downtown Madison with their custom Bodega LED lights!! 

In 2026, the Bodega will feature many unique themes and corresponding activities for folks of all ages. Beginning with the first date in our 2026 Bodega series, May 14th will be focused on giving back to the community featuring live music from Cassandra Kilgore and a giveaway by our friends at Tricky Foods and Wollersheim while also celebrating the Tenney-Lapham Neighborhood Association as they head into their 50th year anniversary. 

On June 25th, the focus turns to the Summer of Soccer presented by Michelob Ultra with an on-field U.S. Soccer Watch Party paired with the Bodega. Our friends at Bonsai Cards are also doing a card pack giveaway for the first 50 people through the gates! Did we mention we will also be featuring Live Music from Adam Howarth? Who knows, with the Forward Madison and Rally Madison season in full swing, you may even spot a couple of players and a wild flamingo named Strut! 

July 24th we just want to enjoy the summer with a special appearance by Kona Ice, a myriad of games and activities and some upbeat funk music by Corey Moody that will be sure to get your feet moving to the beat. 

August 20th we give back to you as the summer winds down with a giveaway of some ice cream from our friends down the street from stellies ice cream! Make sure you come out to the Bodega this summer. We want you to be a part of the 10th anniversary of this community event and the overall 100th year anniversary of Breese Stevens Field!!   

Beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available to sip while perusing the array of vendors. What began as a way to engage local vendors and crafters in a sustainable community event has blossomed into a cornerstone of Summer in Madison; a place where all are welcome to enjoy the history, culture and atmosphere at Madison’s premier outdoor venue, The Historic Breese Stevens Field.

The Bodega is a free admission event that serves the community as a platform for small local businesses to reach shoppers in a fun, relaxing, entertaining, and safe environment. Gates for each Bodega will open at 5:00 PM and run until 9:00 PM. Attendees are encouraged to walk, bike, or utilize the local parking garages available within mere blocks from the facility. Make sure not to forget your reusable bags and a collapsible wagon bag for all your sought after goods!

Rally Madison FC is set to host a pre-season friendly against WPSL Club, Chicago House AC, on May 15th at Breese Stevens Field! 

This historic moment marks the first-ever match for Rally Madison FC and will be a headline feature of a two-day Grand Reopening of Breese as the stadium celebrates its 100th anniversary with Fan Fest activities presented by Don’s Home Furniture!

Day one of Fan Fest will feature inflatables, a climbing wall, face painting, and more culminating in the 6:30pm kickoff of Rally Madison FC vs Chicago House AC. Following the match, fans are invited to enter the pitch for a post-match player meet & greet and autograph session with the Rally Madison FC athletes.

2026 Kickoff Party

Come celebrate the beginning of the 2026 campaign with Forward Madison FC against USL Championship club Detroit City FC in the Prinx Tires USL Cup.

2026 also marks the 5th annual WE READ Youth Voices Writing Contest hosted in partnership with Madison Public Library! Come celebrate the contest's return with an in-person kick-off event at Forward Madison FC on Saturday, May 16 from 5-7pm during our home opener against Detroit City FC.

A contest representative from the library will kick out the game ball and then introduce both the contest and theme at halftime. Plus, you can pick up free writer's notebooks and bookmarks at the Madison Public Library table inside Breese Stevens stadium throughout the game. The contest is open for submissions May 1 - June 30, 2026 and Madison-area youth ages 18 and under are invited to share their voices!

• Includes entry to Breese Stevens Field with your group and gives you access to all Non-Alcoholic beverages and food.

General Admission

• Includes entry from 3 PM until 6 PM to sample spirits from 90 different producers and enjoy light appetizers throughout the evening.

VIP

• Entry from 2 PM until 3 PM.

• The first hour is limited to 200 guests.

• Each producer brings specialty spirits only available during this time. Over the years, we have seen many products that haven’t been released yet or are only available in limited quantities.

Distiller's Session

• Includes everything the VIP ticket offers, along with exclusive 1-hour training beginning at 1 PM with some of the spirit industry’s most respected masters.

• This tasting is presented by DIAGEO and will be set up in a private gathering at the Forward Club in Breese Stevens Field.

The Bodega Series, presented  by Lauer Realty Group and Park Bank, is returning to Madison’s Historic Breese Stevens Field for its tenth birthday this summer.

The nighttime, local artisan market will feature four dates during the 2026 season: May 14th, June 25th, July 24th, and August 20th.

The Bodega remains true to its roots, created with Wisconsin-based, small businesses in mind, but has expanded into a celebration that market goers and vendors partake in throughout the course of the summer. The Bodega at Breese Stevens Field will once again welcome over 90+ local artisans and food vendors from Madison and surrounding areas in our beloved state of Wisconsin. Products vary from an array of crafts, handcrafted jewelry, curated boutiques, candles, soaps, unique artwork, locally sourced honeys and spices, sweet treats, savory eats, and more! Everything from the crafts to the sweet treats and fantastic eats is something you will not want to miss out on this year!!

In addition to the incredible local businesses, Bodega attendees can expect games and activities, various entertainment, live music, random giveaways, and plenty of field space to soak up the beautiful summer evenings in Downtown Madison. This summer's Bodega season will also feature an expanded kids zone featuring games and activities from Verona Bounce, Curious Crafter, The Sensory Zone and more!! Also, our friends at Daydream Design Co. will be making sure the Bodega shines bright in downtown Madison with their custom Bodega LED lights!! 

In 2026, the Bodega will feature many unique themes and corresponding activities for folks of all ages. Beginning with the first date in our 2026 Bodega series, May 14th will be focused on giving back to the community featuring live music from Cassandra Kilgore and a giveaway by our friends at Tricky Foods and Wollersheim while also celebrating the Tenney-Lapham Neighborhood Association as they head into their 50th year anniversary. 

On June 25th, the focus turns to the Summer of Soccer presented by Michelob Ultra with an on-field U.S. Soccer Watch Party paired with the Bodega. Our friends at Bonsai Cards are also doing a card pack giveaway for the first 50 people through the gates! Did we mention we will also be featuring Live Music from Adam Howarth? Who knows, with the Forward Madison and Rally Madison season in full swing, you may even spot a couple of players and a wild flamingo named Strut! 

July 24th we just want to enjoy the summer with a special appearance by Kona Ice, a myriad of games and activities and some upbeat funk music by Corey Moody that will be sure to get your feet moving to the beat. 

August 20th we give back to you as the summer winds down with a giveaway of some ice cream from our friends down the street from stellies ice cream! Make sure you come out to the Bodega this summer. We want you to be a part of the 10th anniversary of this community event and the overall 100th year anniversary of Breese Stevens Field!!   

Beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available to sip while perusing the array of vendors. What began as a way to engage local vendors and crafters in a sustainable community event has blossomed into a cornerstone of Summer in Madison; a place where all are welcome to enjoy the history, culture and atmosphere at Madison’s premier outdoor venue, The Historic Breese Stevens Field.

The Bodega is a free admission event that serves the community as a platform for small local businesses to reach shoppers in a fun, relaxing, entertaining, and safe environment. Gates for each Bodega will open at 5:00 PM and run until 9:00 PM. Attendees are encouraged to walk, bike, or utilize the local parking garages available within mere blocks from the facility. Make sure not to forget your reusable bags and a collapsible wagon bag for all your sought after goods!

May 5th, 2026 marks the 100th anniversary of Downtown Madison’s beloved Breese Stevens Field. On June 27th, we pay homage to part of this illustrious history amid a season-long celebration, slated to kick off May 15th. This season-long celebration culminates with a return of the Madison Scouts to Breese Stevens pitch for our “Field of Drums” event on June 27th (Rain Date: June 28th). Field of Drums represents a return to a vibrant history of percussive arts performances within the historic stone masonry walls of downtown Madison’s premier, boutique amphitheater, our beloved Breese Stevens Field.

The Bodega Series, presented  by Lauer Realty Group and Park Bank, is returning to Madison’s Historic Breese Stevens Field for its tenth birthday this summer.

The nighttime, local artisan market will feature four dates during the 2026 season: May 14th, June 25th, July 24th, and August 20th.

The Bodega remains true to its roots, created with Wisconsin-based, small businesses in mind, but has expanded into a celebration that market goers and vendors partake in throughout the course of the summer. The Bodega at Breese Stevens Field will once again welcome over 90+ local artisans and food vendors from Madison and surrounding areas in our beloved state of Wisconsin. Products vary from an array of crafts, handcrafted jewelry, curated boutiques, candles, soaps, unique artwork, locally sourced honeys and spices, sweet treats, savory eats, and more! Everything from the crafts to the sweet treats and fantastic eats is something you will not want to miss out on this year!!

In addition to the incredible local businesses, Bodega attendees can expect games and activities, various entertainment, live music, random giveaways, and plenty of field space to soak up the beautiful summer evenings in Downtown Madison. This summer's Bodega season will also feature an expanded kids zone featuring games and activities from Verona Bounce, Curious Crafter, The Sensory Zone and more!! Also, our friends at Daydream Design Co. will be making sure the Bodega shines bright in downtown Madison with their custom Bodega LED lights!! 

In 2026, the Bodega will feature many unique themes and corresponding activities for folks of all ages. Beginning with the first date in our 2026 Bodega series, May 14th will be focused on giving back to the community featuring live music from Cassandra Kilgore and a giveaway by our friends at Tricky Foods and Wollersheim while also celebrating the Tenney-Lapham Neighborhood Association as they head into their 50th year anniversary. 

On June 25th, the focus turns to the Summer of Soccer presented by Michelob Ultra with an on-field U.S. Soccer Watch Party paired with the Bodega. Our friends at Bonsai Cards are also doing a card pack giveaway for the first 50 people through the gates! Did we mention we will also be featuring Live Music from Adam Howarth? Who knows, with the Forward Madison and Rally Madison season in full swing, you may even spot a couple of players and a wild flamingo named Strut! 

July 24th we just want to enjoy the summer with a special appearance by Kona Ice, a myriad of games and activities and some upbeat funk music by Corey Moody that will be sure to get your feet moving to the beat. 

August 20th we give back to you as the summer winds down with a giveaway of some ice cream from our friends down the street from stellies ice cream! Make sure you come out to the Bodega this summer. We want you to be a part of the 10th anniversary of this community event and the overall 100th year anniversary of Breese Stevens Field!!   

Beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available to sip while perusing the array of vendors. What began as a way to engage local vendors and crafters in a sustainable community event has blossomed into a cornerstone of Summer in Madison; a place where all are welcome to enjoy the history, culture and atmosphere at Madison’s premier outdoor venue, The Historic Breese Stevens Field.

The Bodega is a free admission event that serves the community as a platform for small local businesses to reach shoppers in a fun, relaxing, entertaining, and safe environment. Gates for each Bodega will open at 5:00 PM and run until 9:00 PM. Attendees are encouraged to walk, bike, or utilize the local parking garages available within mere blocks from the facility. Make sure not to forget your reusable bags and a collapsible wagon bag for all your sought after goods!

2026 UFA Championship Weekend

August 27-28, 2026 in Dowtown Madison, WI

The 2026 Ultimate Frisbee Association (UFA) Championship Weekend presented by Pabst Light will be held at Breese Stevens Field in Madison, WI on August 27-28. The “Capital City of Ultimate” will host the sport’s biggest event for the second consecutive season and fifth time overall. Each division champion out of the East, South, Central, and West will again advance to the “final four” event at the historic venue in the heart of downtown Madison in late summer, competing in two semifinals on Thursday and the title game on Friday night.

Less than three months ago, Breese Stevens Field welcomed more than 4,000 fans and hundreds of thousands watching live to see the Boston Glory capture their first UFA championship, led by 2025 MVP and rising superstar Tobe Decraene. The weekend also featured fan parties at nearby venues, ultimate frisbee youth clinics, and the inaugural Western Ultimate League vs. Premier Ultimate League All-Star Game–setting an attendance record for professional women’s ultimate frisbee. 

“The 2025 event was the best in league history,” said UFA CEO & Commissioner Tim DeByl. “The play on the field was the strongest competition ever, but off the field, we felt this incredible energy from the fans throughout the weekend. Pabst Light brings the fun, Breese is a special neighborhood stadium experience, and the UFA showcases the best frisbee in the world. It’s the ultimate party!"

The Dallas Legion won the league title in 2016, the first time Madison hosted the event. The hometown Madison Radicals won the championship two years later and the New York Empire captured their first of two consecutive trophies in 2022. The Glory will look to repeat their unbelievable season as the last two league MVPs—Jeff Babbitt (2024) and Decraene (2025)—set their sights again on legendary Breese Stevens Field, which will also be celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2026.

Tickets for the 2026 UFA Championship Weekend are now on sale, including single-day passes ($30) and weekend passes ($40). VIP speciality sections, featuring unlimited beer and pizza, are also on sale at $80 for a single day or $150 for the weekend. Special pricing is also available for students and youth (ages 4-12), with all kids ages three and under receiving free admission for all games. Opening pull for the first semifinal game on Thursday, August 27 will be 6:00 PM/ET, with the second game immediately following at 8:00 PM/ET. The 2026 UFA Championship Game will begin at 8:00 PM/ET on Friday, August 28.
