WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH MOBILE TICKETS?

We are moving towards strictly digital tickets along with a lot of the entertainment industry. Each digital ticket will have a scannable barcode that can also be added to your smartphone’s wallet in advance so you don’t have to worry about poor cell service.  You can also easily transfer your tickets to friends who may not be arriving at the same time as you.  To expedite entry, please have your phone brightness turned up.

NOTE: Your barcode includes technology to protect it, so you won’t be able to use screenshots or print outs.

I WANT TO BRING MY CHILD TO A SHOW.  DO THEY NEED A TICKET?

For Concerts at Breese Stsvens Field, children age 2 and under in arms do not need a ticket. Occasionally specific shows might have their individual policies which would supersede our venue policy.  These instances would be indicated on the ticket link.  We also strongly recommend a form of protective ear covers to protect your kiddo’s sensitive ears.

For Forward Madison FC matches at Breese Stevens Field, children ages 5 and under do not need a ticket for entry at the gates but they must sit in the lap of an accompanying adult.

DO YOU ALLOW RE-ENTRY?

Re-entry is not permitted at any Concerts at Breese Stevens Field. Also, for concerts, we will have a patio to use for smoking or fresh air, located at Gate 3.

Re-entry is permitted during Forward Madison FC matches. Fans may exit and Re-enter the stadium using the same ticket. The ticket will need to be scanned each time upon Entry AND Exit. Tickets Not scanned upon Exit will Not be able to be scanned for Re-entry. Please, see a stadium usher for assistance.

Action Plans

  • Fan Access

With continued excitement surrounding Breese Stevens Field and limited parking, it is imperative for fans to understand options regarding safe and accessible ways to get to the events. Here is a listing of what the City, in partnership with Big Top Events, provide fans every year:

  • Responsible Alcohol Consumption

Big Top Events, as part of their management of Breese Stevens Field, will execute the following Responsible Alcohol Consumption Action Plan. This plan is based on a similar plan that the Madison Mallards have had in place since 2008 at the Duck Pond at Warner Park and is the result of working with Madison Parks, the Madison Police Department and receiving input from various other sources. Big Top Events is committed to working with the Tenney-Lapham neighborhood and district Alder on any issues that arise related to alcohol consumption.

  • Neighborhood Impact

Big Top will work with the surrounding neighborhood to address any concerns regarding the facilities impact on the area surrounding the stadium. This document is an effort to formalize plans for 2022 and open a dialogue for future concerns that can be addressed on an annual basis.
